To je zapravo neiskrenost i strah, te stid od samog sebe. Svi se tu prepoznajemo kad ovo čitamo ili slušamo, jer to ne zna nitko drugi. A mnogo nam je važno da drugi u nama vide drugačiju sliku. Čak i oni najbliži. To je zapravo najveći virus i najteža zarazna bolest današnjice.

Da vam pojasnim početak i razvoj te opake bolesti na konkretnom i jednostavnom primjeru. Naravno o tome se ne raspravlja u društvu, ne pišu članci, ne uči u školama, ni u kući jer i sami vaši  odgajatelji i autoriteti  žele da stvore drugačiju sliku o sebi. Licemjerno, al kome je to bitno, sve dok ne oboli ili ne strada netko koga si učio, odgajao….

Nedavno sam na kouchingu imao veoma mladu, lijepu, visokoobrazovanu djevojku, zaposlenu u “ poznatoj firmi “ na takozvanoj visokoj poziciji. Sve ovdje izgleda visoko…

Pa ipak mlada je djevojka na samom rubu, očajna, depresija je već nagrizla njeno mlado i zdravo tkivo. Mlada je djevojka sva sretna i presretna dobila ovaj posao.

Moderan ured, svakodnevan besprijekoran styling, ispočetka edukacije i seminari o poslu, pa seminari o vođenju timova.

I dobila je i ona svoj tim ljudi s kojima radi, dobila je plan koji je potrebno izvršiti timski i osobno.

Prvih 6 mjeseci probni rad i fiksna plaća, a poslije plaća po izvršenju plana. U tih prvih 6 mjeseci, svi su radili dajući sve od sebe, samo da se pokažu, pa da nakon 6 mjeseci dobiju stalan radni ugovor, pa makar I plaća ovisila o prometu, ali na to se u samim počecima nije razmišljalo. Bitno je bilo ubacit se u tu firmu, u taj stakleni neboder prepun ureda u kojeg su ulazili i izlazili lijepo dotjerani ljudi svakodnevno. U tih prvih 6 mjeseci tim je radio iznad prosjeka, svi su bili nasmijani, poslije posla još i na pokoje piće svi zajedno, zatim netko na neku svoju aktivnost, ili jednostavno kući. Kako je isticao rok od tih 6 mjeseci “ sigurne utvrde “ slika i atmosfera tima i pojedinaca se znatno počela izobličavati.

Nestali su smješkovi sa lica, pognute glave na kompjuterima, nema dobacivanja, nitko nije dao ni prijedlog da se ode na piće posle posla ili bilo kakvo druženje. Lica su blijedila.

Nakon 6 mjeseci stižu novi ugovori, u kojima firma isplaćuje plaću po učinku. Još firma nudi slobodu  – nema fiksnog radnog vremena, možete raditi od kuće.

Za one neupućene u ovakvu vrstu posla to znači, moram ovo grubo pojasniti: ne dolazite ovdje da trošite našu struju, telefone, grijanje…. Mlada dama iz ove situacije odabire odlaziti u ured. I to joj ipak daje prividnu iluziju da radi.

Sve svoje aseve, potencijale, poznanstva, prijateljstva, rodbine, ispucala je u prvih 6 mjeseci.

Ljudi je odbijaju, storniraju ugovore….

Nažalost, mlada dama je premlada i takvi je filmovi nisu doticali, ona je život učila sa youtubea, instagrama  ili tik toka….

Uglavnom, ona pati, i misli da drugi vide da ona pati, i misli da će joj drugi pomoći videći kako ona pati.

Kakvo slijepilo, kakvo naivno neznanje nažalost. Stidi se sebe, svoje nemoći, nesposobnosti… I mlada dama jednog dana doživi kolaps. Tijelo više nije izdržalo nositi svakodnevne poruke koje ona nije znala čuti. Hitna, bolnica, pregledi, neznanje šta bi moglo biti tom divnom mladom stvorenju da se tako stropošta unatoč svim nalazima koji su super.
